Today we had a 1 man Charter... Our Great Reg Customer and Fish Monger Supporter Bob Cameron aka Bates Chartered the whole boat out himself... He wanted us all to have a nice day and fish along with him for Christmas!!! Thanks Bob!!!

Left the inlet and it was nice and flat but by the time we got to the grounds the ocean was dumpy with a stiff wind and current running into it.

Got setup and after a few min we started getting some bites...Couple keepers n shorts... Bob and myself boxed few... lets just say Wayne was a little rusty

Picked away at em... Got our 3 man limit fairly quick and went into release mode.

Ocean settled down Nicely and i headed out to a little snag in 80 ft before going home... They were nice size fish here and they were hungry... Real smashing hits on da whites. Threw a bunch more back for another day...

Bob Bates had the Top fish a 9 1/2 lbs Christmas Turkey... I had the high hook honors with about 25 keepers a quadruple monger limit (Only keeping a legal limit)... Wayne had Recovery late landing a bunch of quality Keepers

By days end we caught around 45 Keepers (up to 9 1/2 lbs and most 3-6 lbs) along with lots of shorts... We only kept da quality fish Kept a 3 Man Limit and threw the rest back for another Day!!!

Fun Day on the water and great xmas present for all 3 of us... THANKS AGAIN BOB!!!
